Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hydralis body oil. If you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with seals intact. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost - no return needed.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to the personal nature of body oil. However, if you're unhappy with a scent, reach out to us. We'll work with you to find a solution - whether that's a one-time exchange for a different scent or a store credit toward your next order.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@hydralishouse.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Order Issues
Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days. We'll ship the correct product immediately at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit: Send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away - no return needed.
Missing package: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Product Questions
What skin types is Hydralis body oil suitable for? All skin types. Our formula is lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full application.
Is Hydralis cruelty-free? Yes. We never test on animals.
What are the ingredients? Fractionated coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, safflower seed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, sesame seed oil, vitamin E, vitamin A, and our signature scent blends. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
How long does the scent last? Most customers experience 4-6 hours of scent on skin. For longer-lasting scent, apply to damp skin right after showering and layer over moisturizer.
Can I use this on my hair? A small amount can be applied to the ends of your hair for shine and scent. Avoid applying to the scalp.
Is this safe during pregnancy? Some of our scents contain essential oils that may not be recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing.
